Aroma Yoga *Individual lesson

You can look forward to a yogic and energising morning in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains. In Aroma Yoga, I will enchant you with wonderful fragrances and oils that have been proven to stimulate body and mind. The fragrances enhance all the positive effects that yoga has on the body, mind and soul. In the class we combine yoga asana (exercises) with the essential oils. The exercises are harmonised with the oils, creating symmetry and a wonderful experience. Please note: not all essential oils can be used during pregnancy, so this course is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women. You can also indulge in culinary delights during yoga. Organic quality products. Dairy products from mountain farmers, eggs from the region, bacon and cheese directly from Ebbs, home-baked, fresh bread and eggs from our own Orpington hens are used for cakes.
