1,000 lights

Kufstein shines at the turn of the year: Also in winter 2026/27, 1,000 lights will once again create a very special atmosphere in the fortress city. On December 29 and 30, 2026 as well as on January 5, 2027, fire shows, fascinating light installations, music, and a diverse culinary offering will extend the magic of the Christmas season. On the first two days of the event, 1,000 lights invite you to let the year fade away in a festive atmosphere. On January 5, Kufstein will shine once again in a special light and invites you to a cheerful start to the new year.
