Walk & Talk – exercise meets nutritional advice
Walk & Talk allows you to exercise, chat, and ask Dr. Annelieke Overbeeke, intestinal microbiologist and nutritionist, your questions. Fresh air, gentle exercise, and a relaxed atmosphere often create the perfect setting for open conversations and new insights. Sometimes the best ideas for everyday life come to us when we are exercising and clearing our heads. Who is Walk & Talk perfect for? For all levels—whether you're new to health or already well-informed. It's not about maximum effort, but about getting to know people, counting our steps, and having a good time. Do you have quick questions about nutrition or gut health that don't require a full paid consultation? Perfect—this is the right place for that. Most people sit too much during the day. Come out on the first Monday of the month and get the new week and month off to a good start! Fresh air, good conversation, and new inspiration for your health await you. What can you expect? Duration: Approx. 45-50 minute walk with a 10-minute break halfway through – perfect for relaxed conversation and little tidbits of knowledge about gut health. Route: In summer, we head into the beautiful forests around Kufstein. On shorter days, we stay in areas lit by lanterns. Whatever the weather: Walk & Talk takes place in all weather conditions – after all, there's no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing. During the walking breaks, I share interesting facts about fiber and the gut microbiome. It's a unique and relaxed opportunity to talk to a nutritionist.
