Ecstatic Dance is so much. Prayer and meditation, warm community feeling, playful exploration, emotional release, a wild celebration and simply letting go and flowing. Whatever is present for you and wherever it takes us together: you are invited to let everything you feel and what moves you flow into your dance. It doesn't matter how it looks. Let’s roll on the floor, jump, be crazy, celebrate, laugh, moan, cheer, cry, simply be fully ourselves and in the moment...
There are no rules or techniques, just be invited to give an immediate authentic expression to everything that is currently tangible and experienceable within you… let yourself be free… let yourself go… let yourself flow… connected… immediate, flowing… sexy… angry, unsure, sad, inhibited… introverted, exploding, breathing deeply… joyful, funny, relaxed… deep sensual feeling… clear your head… let go of judgment… ecstasy and euphoria… let the body take over… surrender.
Our intention is to create a trustworthy and open space for exactly all of this. For this to really work, there are a few rules (e.g. our event is substance-free and mutual respect is emphasized) and a clear guided process: we start with a common opening circle and end with a common closing circle.
The session takes place as part of the yoga festival yoga.tage in Kufsteinerland.
