Voice & Encounter Workshop unites - yoga.days in Kufstein Land (B12)
LUMOS
This workshop is a transforming voice circle that connects the power of the voice with movement and genuine encounter. In a protected space, we invite you to explore your own expression freely – through singing, toning, humming, and dancing, beyond judgment and performance pressure.
The workshop opens a space in which shame around one's own voice and personal expression can be gently dissolved. The voice becomes a gateway to activate creativity and strengthen your own presence.
Together, we create an atmosphere where every voice matters and every movement is welcome. You will experience how sound and body resonate and how this creates a deep connection to yourself and to others.
LUMOS is more than a musical experience – it is an invitation to encounter yourself anew, to unfold your own expressive power, and to experience community on an authentic level.
This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to discover their voice as a source of energy, joy, and connection. No prior knowledge is necessary – only the willingness to engage and to open sound spaces together.
