In our hectic times, we often forget that we inhabit our wonderful body and that it is our great gift, which we often neglect.
We often become unaware of ourselves and our bodies and feel mentally and physically exhausted.
This workshop aims to give us the opportunity to become more aware of ourselves.
We will withdraw our senses and embark on a journey to ourselves, using various relaxation techniques (active & passive meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga) that bring the body, mind, and soul into harmony.
We will bring our cells into a special vibration with singing bowls and gongs.
This workshop is suitable for all levels; prior knowledge is not necessary.
