Anatomy of Movement - yoga.days in Kufstein Land (B8)

If you begin to deal with anatomy, it first happens statically.
You look at the individual systems in stillness and in relation to each other.
But this stillness never really exists; just as a river cannot stand still, neither can our anatomy; otherwise, it would be dead.
You can learn a lot from dead anatomy, but you can only understand it in flow.
This training focuses on a fundamental understanding of movement, training, growth, injury, and healing.
Here, practical experience is just as important as conveying the basics.
We will dismantle beliefs and myths of movement theory that only work in a static, theoretical model but are not sustainable in practice.
Just like others that always retain their validity but are still more variable to apply than it initially seems.
