This integral course will be an inspiring journey into the spirit, history, and function of yoga in our present lives. Vijaya will share her deep and authentic knowledge of the practice and philosophy of yoga from her perspective as a lifelong initiate and practitioner. She grew up in the Tamil region of India and learned the tradition from her gurus, who were also her family.
Libby has been teaching Jivamukti Yoga in America and Europe for almost 20 years. It will be a joyful, heartfelt practice that will challenge both mind and body.
