About the yoga days
Kufstein and the entire Kufsteinerland welcome yogis of all styles. In the community, 3 days of yoga, workshops, concerts, and camaraderie are enjoyed. Together, we learn to let go amidst the Tyrolean mountain scenery, to listen to ourselves, and to strengthen the relationship with ourselves and others. The yoga days inspire a more relaxed, healthier, and mindful life. Diverse Program
Our lovingly curated program is as diverse as the Kufsteinerland itself. Enjoy various yoga styles at extraordinary indoor and outdoor locations. All program activities are themed around the elements and are complemented by concerts and herbal workshops. Teachers & Musicians
