Forest bathing - a green time-out

Most people can relax well on a walk in the forest. The sounds of nature, the multifaceted greenery, the calming scents of the forest and the forest itself as a ‘protected’ atmosphere stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (our ‘nerve of calm’). In addition, various exercises that stimulate mindfulness, breathing and our senses help us to immerse ourselves in deep relaxation. Organs and cells can regenerate and we can recharge our batteries. Forest bathing does not emphasise movement. Only short distances are covered, as the common path is the goal. Please bring along: Seat cushion, weather-appropriate
