Morgenyoga
This course is aimed at anyone who wants to start their day with yoga. Gentle stretches dispel morning fatigue and create mental and physical agility for the coming day. Conscious breathing and the final relaxation gather strength by the end of the hour. Morning yoga is a wonderful experience and can give you strength and joy for the entire day.
