Workshop balm kitchen - 'Just like in grandma's day'
Ointments for personal use are relatively easy to make. In Christine's Herb World, everyone can prepare their own personal healing ointment under professional guidance using fresh herbs. We learn the basics and tips for making ointments for various minor ailments such as light sports injuries, mosquito bites, sciatica, lumbago, or sunburn. But we also learn to create natural creams for skin care.
