Workshop balm kitchen - 'Just like in grandma's day'
Ointments for personal use are relatively easy to make. In Christine's world of herbs, everyone can make their own personalised healing ointment from fresh herbs under expert guidance. We learn the basics and tips for making ointments for various minor ailments such as minor sports injuries, mosquito bites, sciatica, lumbago or sunburn. But we will also learn how to make natural creams for skin care. Details:
