On three morning rides, Paul Koller gives us valuable tips on sure-footedness, coordination, fitness, equipment and orientation in the terrain when we run through meadows and forests on the Brentenjoch - uphill and downhill. Anyone who likes running in the valley but also wants to try out the terrain has come to the right place. A certain level of basic fitness is required and running shoes with a rough tread are a prerequisite. Please dress appropriately for the mountain weather! The backpacks with dry spare clothing and drinks are left at the mountain station. Details:
