Whether young or old - the traditional festival offers a varied programme for all generations. Full of sound, delicious and colourful When the ceremonial cutting of the oxen takes place at 11.30 a.m. on Arkadenplatz and is followed by the festive star march of the bands, this is the starting signal for an unforgettable Kaiserfest. The official highlight follows with the tapping of the beer, which officially opens the festival full of music, enjoyment and conviviality. From then on, local musicians and local clubs take over. With 15 bands on five stages, the Kaiserfest showcases the entire musical diversity of the region. Fans of traditional brass band music are catered for here. But those who like to listen to the sounds of rock bands will also get their money's worth. But the music is by no means everything at this event. The many clubs serve delicious regional specialities and leave no culinary wishes unfulfilled thanks to Kiachl, Bratensemmel, Zillertaler Krapfen and co.
