Wine tasting with Weingut Gruber Röschitz

The organic winery Gruber Röschitz in the northern Weinviertel is managed in the 3rd generation by Maria, Ewald, and Christian. Focus: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Noir, St. Laurent. Urgestein soils and the special climate with hot days and cool nights shape the wines. Biologically managed since 2013. The winery, which opened in 2024, relies on natural cooling and a PV system for energy autonomy.
