Making wine is for me something that, overall, is just incredibly fun. It is a profession and a calling; always a challenge; work in, with, and for nature – with fun, joy, and success. For me, it’s a way of life. Every year brings something new; the processes are never the same, and you always have to be on the ball. If possible, one step ahead to realize two weeks later that two steps further back would have been better. No recipe – just the idea in the head, after many beads of sweat the result in the glass, and then the Aha moment when tasting – simply for that! A journey through the stories of the wines.
