Children's yoga (6-session block) is a mix of movement, fun, and mindfulness. From a young age, you can playfully strengthen your self-confidence, concentration, and immune system, get to know your body awareness, and express your feelings. Fun is the priority. In each session, we address a theme such as sleeping well, letting go, self-confidence, the elements, or friendship. Based on this theme, we practice yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and visualization. We incorporate play and embark on a fantasy journey together (meditation). Each session is always packaged in an engaging concept (jungle, circus, zoo, birthday party, etc.). The session is led by Willemijn Oberhauser. For her, teaching children's yoga is a way to support not only her own child but also other children during the challenging times of growing up.
