In Parent-Child Yoga (6-session block), you spend quality time together and are fully present with each other. We approach this playfully and age-appropriately. To loosen up and settle into the space, we start with a game. This is followed by our yoga practice, where we explore poses (asanas) both individually and together with an adventure story. The accompanying adults receive a quarter of an hour of "adult yoga" while the children have a short program of their own. Then there's a short break, and we gradually move toward the relaxation phase. Before we embark on our relaxation journey, we take a moment for massage exercises to further strengthen the bond between us. This 2-hour workshop is a wonderful balance to an active everyday life.
