Weinverkostung mit Weingut Pawis

We, the Pawis Winery, are a family-owned winery in Freyburg an der Unstrut in the wine-growing region Saale-Unstrut in southern Saxony-Anhalt. We maintain 17 hectares of vineyards in Freyburg and Naumburg, many of which are located on steep and terraced sites. The variety of grape types is typically wide for the region, but our main focus is on Riesling and Burgunders. As a VDP member, we attach great importance to sustainable cultivation methods and gentle, modern, and reductive vinification, in which we emphasize site typicity and the fruitiness of the wines. In addition to producing great wines from the best locations, we offer a wide range of cultural events, wine tastings, and also individual experiences to make the cultural treasure of wine and our region shaped by it accessible in many facets.
