✨ Pilates breakfast at dasKAISER - let's grow & flow together! On 21 June, the time has come: I cordially invite you to a very special start to the day - my first Pilates breakfast at the beautiful dasKAISER in Ebbs. ‍♀️ Start at 8:00 am with a gentle, activating Pilates session - perfect for getting the body moving and refreshing the mind. The class is suitable for all levels - all you need is yourself, comfortable clothes and maybe your favourite mat. Afterwards, you can enjoy breakfast together in a relaxed atmosphere - an enjoyable finale with time for sharing, laughter and a cosy get-together.

Where? dasKAISER Ebbs Cost? 42 € (incl. Pilates class & breakfast) ✨ Let's flow together, enjoy and start this summer morning with lightness and good energy! Places are limited (max 12 participants // min 5 participants) - so it's best to register now. I'm really looking forward to seeing you! You can also indulge in culinary delights during Pilates. Organic quality products. Dairy products from mountain farmers, eggs from the region, bacon and cheese directly from Ebbs, home-baked, fresh bread and eggs from our own Orpington hens are used for cakes.
