Yoga & Breakfast

We wil start the day with about 70 minutes of fine morning yoga including relaxation and accompanied by music. Mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own mat. Afterwards we enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with many local products in organic quality. Start 8:30 am € 40 p.p. incl. yoga and breakfast buffet In good weather, yoga takes place in the garden and breakfast on the sun terrace. Otherwise in the exercise room. Please register in advance.
