Trail running workshop for beginners

On four Fridays, Paul Koller gives us valuable tips on surefootedness, coordination, fit­ness, equipment and orientation in the terrain as we run through meadows and forests - uphill and downhill - on the Brentenjoch. Anyone who enjoys running in the valley but also wants to try out the terrain is in the right place here. A certain basic level of fitness is required, and running shoes with a rough tread are a prerequisite. Please dress appropriately for the mountain weather! Backpacks with dry spare clothes and drinks will be left at the mountain station.
