Wine tasting with Christoph Bauer winery

The winery stands for handcrafted wines with a clear varietal and vintage character. The foundation stone was laid by Hans Bauer in 1935. Today, the winery cultivates around 20 hectares of vineyards in the Weinviertel red wine village of Haugsdorf. Christoph Bauer and his wife Heidi have been cultivating their vineyards organically since 2015. A journey through the stories of the wines, accompanied by a small snack.
