Wine tasting with Christoph Bauer winery

The winery stands for handcrafted wines with a clear varietal and vintage character. In 1935, Hans Bauer laid the foundation stone. Today, the winery manages around 20 hectares of vineyard area in the red wine community of Haugsdorf in the Weinviertel region. Since 2015, Christoph Bauer and his wife Heidi have been managing their vineyards organically.
